Previo is a Channel Manager and Reservation System (RS/CM) offering two versions: Limited and Full. In the Limited version, the partner sees the settings for selling rooms, but does not have access to the classic booking calendar; changes for Previo Limited must go through the Slevomat department. The administration is very simple. Just set the room type and individual rooms and offer your accommodation on Slevomat. Reservations will fall into Termino automatically. For an overview, there is also an agenda in Termino, including exports. If you use the reservation system Previo, Mevris, Plazaro, Profitroom, Bookolo system, Better Hotel, D-Edge, Hotres, RateDock, Phobs or Trevlix, we can connect.
Yes, it can be connect to Previo, Mevris, Plazaro, Profitroom, Bookolo system, Better Hotel, D-Edge, Hotres, RateDock, Phobs, Trevlix and others are being negotiated.
Yes of course. You can create your own reservations and use Termino as your own reservation system without restrictions.
All you have to do is to have an offer on www.slevomat.cz and all your binding reservations will get into Termino.
This situation can occur, but it is highly unlikely. With every reservation, there is a contact to the customer, you just need to agree on a different date. Then click on edit and move the reservation to a new date directly in Termino.eu.
All reservations from Slevomat or Zlavomat will be redeemed automatically, 36 hours after the date of stay and you no longer have to deal with anything. If you want to find them in your interface, you will find them in the “Reservations“ tab. The same applies to those reservations that you create as new reservations from an open (unspecified voucher), check “Voucher from Slevomat“, enter the voucher code and have it “verified“. This will show you whether the voucher is valid or not. For these open (non-term) vouchers, you must find out the contacts for the customer directly yourself; to register a reservation, it is necessary to have at least the customer's phone number filled in. We really recommend finding and writing down contacts as this will prevent problems with communication with the customer when changing the reservation (illness / technical problem with the room, etc.).
The reservation cannot be deleted in Termino because it is binding. If for any reason the customer needs to cancel the reservation, refer him to our customer support and we will handle it. If it is a cancellation on your part, contact us at rezervace@slevomat.cz. You can manipulate with your own reservations as you need.
